A metal roof isn't just a longer-lasting option — it's a different installation discipline entirely, and our Metal Roofing crews are trained specifically for it.
We keep manufacturer training current for the major panel systems we install, since fastener specs and seam techniques vary by brand.
We also explain long-term maintenance expectations for metal roofing upfront, since it differs from asphalt shingle upkeep.
Metal roofing credentials are separate from general roofing licensing — we carry both.
Materials are staged in advance so Rexford, NY weather windows aren't wasted.
No surprise costs once panels are already on order.
Seaming machines and panel brakes come standard on every Metal Roofing crew truck.
Here's the range of Metal Roofing systems our Rexford crews install and repair.
We fabricate seams on-site for a precise fit specific to your Rexford roof's dimensions.
We use proper washered fasteners and spacing to prevent the leaks common with rushed panel jobs.
Loose fasteners, minor oil-canning, and seam separation get repaired without a full panel replacement in most cases.
Converting from asphalt shingles to metal involves different decking prep and ventilation considerations we account for upfront.
Protective coatings extend the life of an existing metal roof and address early rust spots before they spread.
Proper edge, ridge, and valley trim work is what keeps a metal roof watertight at the transitions, not just the panels themselves.
We start with a conversation about panel style, budget, and your Rexford property's roof pitch.
On-site measurement ensures panels are cut to the exact dimensions of your Rexford roof.
You receive a written estimate covering panel type, fastener system, and labor before any order is placed.
Seams and fasteners are inspected before the crew considers the Metal Roofing complete.
Seaming work looked genuinely professional up close, not just from the ground.
